“Order placed on Friday and was told that delivery would be made on the following Monday. As we didn't want the box left outside I decided to stay in and wait but nothing arrived. The same happened on Tuesday so we waited in again on Wednesday when it finally arrived. My husband opened the box and to his dismay there was no battery or battery charger. Confidence in Green Reeper down to 10%.”

Hi Susan Thank you for your feedback. It is very unfortunate that we have all been let down by third parties on this occasion. We sent you email notification at 9:17am on Monday that your order would be out for delivery on Tuesday but our courier failed to achieve the next working day service which was booked. A picking error by our distributor who drop-ships our GreenWorks orders on our behalf was rectified quickly and this missing items sent to you with instructions to leave them safe as you were not going to be at home. We spoke several times to get both issues resolved as quickly as possible for you. Please be assured that this is not the usual level of service that our customer's receive, with the majority of orders delivered in full the following working day. We are always striving to improve and but occasionally things can go wrong! Kind regards Nicki

“Purchased a wheeled trimmer. The price was good, competitive. Having received confirmation of the purchase and a 'processing' mail, I was expecting a further mail informing me of the delivery. Nothing happened, but the machine was delivered on the third day after ordering - very good! The packaging was good, with many warnings about there not being oil in the engine. It required assembly - not a problem. However, the engine was difficult to start, despite following instructions very carefully. It needed adjustments to the carburettor before settling down. It worked well then and trimming long grass was not difficult. Waiting for the rain to subside before trying it again. It should be okay, but one never knows... To sum up: a good machine, a good price and very good service - thank you!”

“The parcel with my goods arrived quickly, but the box had a small hole it and an item went missing. Informed Greenreaper by e-mail, got a prompt response and the item was replaced first class post. Excellent after sales care. Well done Greenreaper.”

“The service from Green Reaper has been excellent the first product had been damaged in transit but after a call this was replaced very promptly, after such good service I placed an order for a Scarifyer this arrived within 24hrs I cannot praise Green Reaper enough!”

“Bought a Cobra Lithium battery lawnmower, Sept 2015. Which I’ve used a couple of times so far and I can say that the lawnmower is excellent, well-built and has a fast charging battery. So I’m happy with the product. I ordered my lawnmower at 1:30 pm on Thursday and the delivery guy was at my door at 7:55am the following morning. The GreenReaper kept me updated during the transaction by email (although it was delivered so quickly, I didn’t need that much updating). Could not have asked for more, very happy with service, highly recommended.”
