“Great service. I placed an order for a ten pound box. When I received an email confirmation of the order I realized that I had missed overnight shipping since the order was coming to Florida. I called back and added overnight. However, the agent forgot to update my shipping and it took five days to arrive. Upon arrival some of the chile was rotting and unusable. I contacted the store and the owner responded saying he would overnight a new box at their cost and I could salvaged whatever I could. That is great service and I have ordered more. Thank you.”

“Hatch Chile's has been part of my family's recipes for over 50 years. The roasting of the peppers brings back good memories of when my grandma used to roast the Chile's on the BBQ and the whole neighborhood smelled good.”

“When I placed my order I said that we would be going on vacation but the hot hatch chile shipment was delayed. when I got notification of when the chile would be shipped I sent an email that we would be on vaction and to delay my shipment & provided a thursday date to ship. My order was shipped anyway & sitting at my door step. two days later I found someone to pick it up. It was hot weather in Portland, Or at that time. the chile is still useable but not as fresh.”
