“When I received my order, the tamales, rellanos and chimichangas were defrosted. The single ice pack, (I assume it was an ice pack) was totally melted. I reached out to the company and was told I should have paid for the expedited shipping and that the food still be safe to eat. I paid a lot of money for the food and the packing/shipping was far below my expectation. The response from the company conveyed to me that they really didn't care if the food was spoiled or not. I will not be ordering from this company again.”

“I wrote a nice review last week praising the freshness and color, quality of the red. I always buy at least a 25 lb box from you if both colors. I reordered some more red that is supposed to go out on the 16 th. Great service great people. Customer for lifr”

“We ordered our 25lb mild chile and received it very fast. On 9/26/24. We roasted and peeled it. And in freezer it went all in same day. We love it, we get a bag each day. Its so tasty. Thank-you for delivery all the way in Nevada. We needed our chile fix!!!”

“I just want to say that hatch green chili is the best green chili I have ever tasted. I order every year It's guaranteed and I have no problems with it. Got my red chili in 2 days beautiful.
