“I ordered HOT green chile and it's not hot I thought the Hatch Chile Store should know what size chile is mild, hot, or extra hot???? i hope you can understand that I speak the truth and it's what I got. “Great folks and product is great. Had a problem with ups delay (not their fault) and human error in self roasting (not their fault either). But the roasted and frozen chilis are spot on!!!”

“We are NM fam now living in CA. We crave our NM chili! My order of "HOT" green chili came, and all arrived in excellent shape but so far no heat. This is the only time this has happened so I'm not judging to harshly, but I am wondering what I paid for, because I could have bought CA Anaheim chilies and saved a ton of $$!”

“The fresh hatch chile is amazing, and the customer service of the company is top notch. Our order was delayed due to weather (these things happen). We had paid extra for overnight shipping, but the delay was several days. I contacted them to inquire, and our express shipping cost was refunded within seconds of the conversation. They go above and beyond, and they have great products. Do not hesitate to order.”

“These folks...and chiles are awesome! The initial delivery was botched by UPS. The delay resulted in the peppers being spoiled. Pam @ the Hatch Chile Store made everything right. They immediately replaced the order on the next ship date and the peppers arrived on time and in great shape. I've order from here in the past and will continue to do so in the future. The peppers are tasty and the customer service is top notch!!!”
