“Do not be concerned about ordering fresh produce from Hatch Chili. Three years in a row, my produce has traveled from New Mexico to an island off the coast of Massachusetts. They have arrived in perfect condition.”

“The chile is really good; I have been putting it on everything. However, to receive the $9.95 jar, I had to pay over 20.00. Not cost effective at all…need to do something to improve your shipping costs.”

“First time I bought the mild hatch chilies. They are mild so would buy the next level next time. Chilies arrived without a blemish on them. Easy to roast and peel. They are delicious and can be used in everything.”

“A really great product and exceptional service! Our overnight order of fresh chiles was misdelivered by UPS, arriving five days late and rotting. Hatch immediately responded by handling everything and making sure that we got a fresh delivery the very next week. The product is delicious, the service was really a pleasure.”

“The green chiles arrived in great shape. I roasted them immediately. They are fantastic. The only suggestion I have is to either remove that extra fee to "make sure your order is delivered fresh." The only option is to pay for overnight shipping (I paid almost $30 for that). It really doesn't make sense to charge an extra $6 for what I'm already supposed to be paying for. Then afterward another email encouraging to add that fee. That sales method is such a deterrent. I so want to like this store. I reached out to Hatch Chile Store about it and received a terse email that the extra fee is to accommodate for hot weather and porch pirates. I think a better explanation should be included on the website when checking out. Otherwise, this just feels so shady and I don't get the impression that this establishment is that way. Anyway, I'm addicted to the chiles and the spices. The recipes are like eye candy. Obsessed.”

“I ordered these chilis for the first time this year. I am telling you, these are the most beautiful, blemish free, fresh hatch chilis you can buy! The shipping was very fast and very reasonable. No longer will I run around town looking for Hatch chilis-I will come here instead. Highly recommend!”
