“I have bought roasted frozen green chili from different sources in NM. However, the Hatch Chili Store is BY FAR the best place I've found. The chili is roasted to perfection,and they even go the extra mile and peel it for you. Did I mention I hate peeling my chili.Give them a try you won't be disappointed.”

“The Frownfelters received the shipment of a couple of your three foot ristras, hung them in a beautiful outdoor setting and away from the possibility of deer eating off of them. Mr. Frownfelter, the chef of the house, attested to the freshness of ALL the chilies on the ristras. He prepared posole with chili from the ristras the following morning, too!”

“Moved to Florida from Colorado a year ago and missed our chili season! Thank goodness you guys are shipping all over. Great experience and was sleep about the chili being frozen but even 3 days and it arrived in this insulated cooler box still frozen!! Awesome job guys will be ordering soon!! Good flavor chili too!”

“Great experience! I ordered edible ristras for family members back east for this holiday season. It was the most Southwest item I could think of. They have all received them, and love them. They have already been using them to add to dishes. I also ordered one for us, looking forward to that first batch of red pork chili and homemade tortillas! I ordered one for ourselves last year (first order), and I have to say that they are beautiful and add a genuine New Mexican taste to any dish. Thanks you guys!”

“We have ordered the whole roasted green chiles before which we love- but I've been curious about the Chile Rellenos. Living in Indiana, we haven't found a great option, and these HIT THE SPOT! The breading is light and delicious- they were super easy to pan-fry at home in no time from the freezer. Such a treat! We will order these again!”

Now, through the excellent service of the Hatch Chile Store, I can have the delicious flavor of New Mexico chiles delivered across the country. It's a relief to know I can rely on them. “I used to live in New Mexico for quite a few years. I miss the food and of course the red and green chile. Because I live there I knew about hatch chile and how wonderful it tastes. I've previously ordered the frozen green chili which was excellent. I live in Illinois now and it arrived fully Frozen. This time around I ordered the three jars of red green and a mixture of both. They taste great! I would recommend anyone if you don't live in New Mexico and you want authentic chile order from hatch chile store.”

“Good quality product. However, I am all about value. The quantity of product for the price paid are not well aligned. This is way overpriced and not at all a good value. The other issue that stands out is the shipment originated in Sacramento, California. I find this odd if not disturbing.”

“I have been purchasing Chile from you for the past few years and I am never disappointed with the fresh hatch chiles and the jarred chile. Deliveries have always been on time and never damaged. I have made the corn chowder recipe that I received via email and it was a big hit with my Police Department all gave a thumbs up. So keep those recipes coming.”
