“Beautiful chiles arrived in perfect condition w/ plenty of dry ice still in the package. They must have been at least -50 upon arrival. Shipment arrived quickly, and email notification made sure it didn't get left out on the front porch.”

“So far everything I have ordered from the Hatch Chile Store has been excellent in color, style, and taste. The medium has just the right amount of heat and flavor. The aroma when cooking with Hatch Chile is out of this world smells. With way everything is shipped it is still frozen upon arrival. “I moved to Maine after living 45 years in Arizona. I love it! But…sure miss good green chile! I ordered from The Hatch Chile Store and was not disappointed. Delicious green chile!! Nice, meaty pieces with loads of roasted chile flavor. Excellent rellanos and tamales, too!”

“the taste is incredible, and you can pick your own heat level. PLEASE, opens can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup and add 3 tablespoons of medium hatch chilies to the bowl. INCREDIBLE!!!!!!”

“I ordered the jarred hot green chilies. While the flavor was good, these were not Hot, at best they were mild, am I’m not sure they were even that hot. Having lived in New Mexico for 11 years, I know hot green Chile when I have one, I would at least feel them in my mouth and lips. These barely made a tingle on my lips and nothing anywhere else. I ordered the Extra Hot, I hope these are better and live up to the Hatch Chili 🌶️ standards, hot sure didn’t.”

“I like heat, but I love flavor. HCS's products are seasonaly delicious. To avoid a repeat of previous disappointments, I now respond quickly to the periodic offers that interest me. To miss the roasted Big Jims again would be a shame. I love to order from a company that loves their products as much as I do.”

“Nothing like a real Hatch Chili. Lived in NM for 8 years and wouldn’t consider ordering from anyone else. Great company. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Had a custom roaster made just so I could order fresh and roast our own.”
