“Well, the Chile rellenos arrived defrosted so per your recommendation I refroze them. The batter reflected the freezer taste and there was basically minimal cheese inside. The worst Chile relleno I have ever tasted. They went in the trash. The tamales also arrived defrosted. These were not bad, but definitely not the best! I don’t think refreezing was the best option. I also ordered 3 jars of the HOT green Chile peppers! They are mild at best. When the jars came there was dust build up on the lids. The bottom sticker said 110521. And 0523. So I assume they were canned on Nov 05, 2021 and will expire May of this year. Very disappointed in all products!”

“Chili Rellenos tasted great, I am enjoying these and would highly consider reordering. Also enjoying Jalapeno salsa. Tastes great on chili Rellenos and as a salsa for chips. Looking forward to trying chimichangas and another of the red salsas. Great Products!”

“I have been wanting to order from Hatch Green Chile Store for forever. I’m originally from Colorado, now living in California and miss my green chili! Ordering was simple. I made homemade green chili and Rellenos. Everything was delicious and as expected. I will be ordering again!”

“If you like good chiles this is the only site you need to visit. The variety of fresh, frozen, and dried chiles and spices is phenomenal. For me, this also provides great nostalgia for all the amazing flavors I grew up with in Albuquerque, NM and El Paso, TX, that I can now share with my family in Houston TX”

“I lived in NM for a long time, so I order green chili often. I have had good luck & bad luck. This time it was bad. I bought peed roasted “hot” frozen chili. But the chili tastes raw, like it wasn’t roasted enough. It was also “medium” at best. It costs a lot of money to get it shipped here, and the experience was like opening a fine bottle of wine & and the cork just crumbles.”
