“Super happy to receive my chile ristra yesterday. The 2.5' brilliant red ristra arrived in perfect condition and was hung within minutes. I ordered the treated ristra because I live in a higher humidity climate and hope treated provides better longevity. It is not a common thing to display in S. California but I am so happy to have a bit of New Mexico hanging from my front entry now.”

“Excellent chile! I was surprised that the medium hot chile didn’t seem as hot as it has been in years past. It seems very mild. When I add 10 pods to my pesoli there isn’t a hint of a kick. So I have either increased my tolerance or they have weakened a bit. I know now that I need to order some hot. Thanks for the great chile!”

“Although the dry ice was completely evaporated on arrival, everything was still frozen solid and in great shape. The chilis are delicious and perfect and we'll have some for Thanksgiving!”

“I have ordered many items from the store and their selection of delicious NM chile products is great! I especially love the salsas and sauces and chile seasonings. I recently ordered 4 packs of frozen tamales and was a bit disappointed in the quality for the price. One of the packs of green chile cheese arrived opened, and I had to throw them away. The others were really bland and barely had any filling in them. They are also wrapped in wax paper instead of corn husks. I wouldn't order the frozen tamales again, but will still order other items from the store.”

Hi Susan, We ship all of our ristras UPS Ground unless a quicker shipping option is chosen at checkout. We do not have any control over the transit times once it is in UPS's hands. If there are any issues with the delivery, please let us know! The Hatch Chile Store

“I love this chile! I made a green chile pork stew and my husband is raving about it. I am having a friend over this Friday and will make green chile chicken enchiladas. It's my favorite recipe for green enchiladas, bringing back memories of living in NM and going to the Hacienda Restaurant in El Paso. It took me years to duplicate their green chile enchiladas, and it's delicious!! Delivered quickly. Thanks for that. Jude”

“As a native New Mexican, I appreciate being able to get authentic tumble-roasted Hatch Chile. The mixed red and green chile is my favorite, I eat it every morning on my eggs. I go through a jar every few days. You can taste the fire-roasting goodness with every bite. I also love the sundried red chile sauce, it's great for enchiladas and eggs. This is not a bash on competitors like Bueno and 505 Southwest, love you both, but the Hatch Chile Store is amazing.”
