“Great Chilis. This years Medium green chilis were perfect for us. Meaty with a heat that is immediate then fades to a deep green chili flavor. We roast 25lbs yearly and freeze 5-6 whole roasted chilis per quart freezer bag. Great to thaw, peel and use in recipes year round.”

“This is the second time I have bought your chile. This year I purchased only the Sandia hot. I split a box of 25lbs with my daughter. We roast the chilis then dehydrate them for longterm storage or for making green chile powder. They are fantastic! I will buy again. Thank you all Teresa”

“The green chile arrived in a timely manner and they were all good! They aren't as hot as we would have liked, but they will be thoroughly enjoyed regardless. We will order again next year, however, I believe we will order the extra hot. Thank you for the taste of home.”

“This is the third season I've shipped GC to my daughter out in Georgia. First time she lost about half a pound from a 25Lb lug. This shipment she lost exactly 3 chilis not enough to fuss over. Roasting drives the neighbors crazy they love it. I'll continue to order and ship in the future. Thank you Ray. M”

“We ordered 15 pounds of hot roasted chopped chile. The package says "Hot" but unfortunately, the chili is mild to medium at best... even my wife who does not like spicy food is eating the chili. We have had great success in the past and wonder if a packaging problem is responsible for the lack of spice in this shipment. We would like for the issue to be corrected.”

“Love your products, but your service, customer service sucks, 3 times we talked, finally got my order right ,it took, 6 weeks later. Customer service kept blaming everyone but themselves. Also I had to call them where’s my order(no product had to substitute),why only half my order,- Joebranch”

“I ordered 5 pounds of "Hot" roasted and chopped green chile. When it arrived, it was nearly thawed so I kept one bag out and put the other 4 bags in the freezer immediately. When I tasted my chile, I discovered that it was not hot at all and lacked the roasted flavor that I was looking forward to. Instead, my chile tasted like something akin to a bell pepper. I contacted a representative and was asked for the batch number from the white box that my chile arrived in. Due to the fact that my chile had arrived mostly thawed, the box was soaking wet and I had thrown it out already. Since I didn't have the batch number, we were unable to track the batch of chile that I had received. In the end, the representative gave me a 15% discount code to be used on my next order. Although I am not happy with this resolution of my issue, I will most likely place another order to give them another chance to ship me some "good chile".”
