“Great products and received my roasted chilis in 1lb ziplock bags that are very convenient to use. One thing confused me was 3 days after order placed, Shop showed product delivered. So looked outside and was not there. Being new to Chili Store I was immediately concerned that I wasn’t going to get the order. Then 3 days after that my order really was delivered in excellent condition and everything I ordered. So, in future, I will know better and not worry about it.”

“My chilies came fresh and are delicious! I immediately roasted them and have been enjoying them immensely. I miss chili season in NM with the propane barrel roasters vendors. But now I have a taste of heaven in my freezer. All the way to Pa. Thank you. I am a repeat customer!”

“Aloha! I ordered 25lbs of hot chile and had them shipped to me out in Hawaii. It was received fresh and not a single one went bad during the shipping. The chiles were delicious and I will definitely be ordering again . Mahalo!”

Hi Katherina, We are sorry about the situation. Without photos, we cannot replace a box of chile. It is our company policy to document any spoiled chile before sending a free reshipment. This is simply the best way for us to standardize all fresh order reshipments. Since you do not have any photos of the chile, would you be willing to pay for only the shipping cost if we sent you another box? We have sent you a personal email with this offer as well.
