“The hot I bought is too hot. I will order mild or medium. Next time they can’t eat it and that ruin my Christmas it wasn’t y’all fault I just ordered it too hot. I didn’t know it was gonna be that hot. I would express to people that the hot is very hot. Thank you so much.”

“Once we discovered Hatch Green Chiles, we ordered first the fresh from this store and then learned quickly it is much easier to buy the roasted and frozen. Absolutely love the service and the product(s) from The Hatch Chile Store. Have been buying regularly since 2018. I use them for cooking and sauces. Only regret is that I didn't discover them sooner.”

“Everyone is very helpful in ordering. The only issue I have with my frozen, chopped green chili is that there is still a fair amount of skin peels on it. It was explained during the covid year(s) the workers could not get into the chili as well & that was the reason for the amount of peel left on the chili. But this years order still had more peel than pre covid period. I have to take time to clean it more before I actually use it which is frustrating.”

“Doug Prosser My recent experience has been a nightmare. I did NOT receive the correct order that I ordered on the 1st of December and it took 19 days to get it. I still should have 5 FIVE jars of chiles coming. Hatc-264867”

“Fulfillment is good, product is poor. Chili Rellenos and Chimichangas are mostly breading (should be a light coating), way too much batter and small chilis with little cheese filling.”
