Have made 3 calls sent 2 reviews & still no response. I have a valid concern about my last purchase. Someone please assist with my inability to get someone to respond to my simple request for a callback! Does anyone really read the feedback from customers? I would have expected a call after my last review/feedback! Very disappointed with lack of follow up!!!!! I also included a photo of chili concerns! All I want is resolution!

I canceled this order within a few minutes of placing it after learning the shipping cost was greater than the item purchased. Within a half hour, I received an email that the order was shipped. I complained about it and "Daniel" emailed back that it was a weekend and orders cannot be canceled on the weekend. So let me get this straight, you can take an order on the weekend but can't cancel it. He also said no return was permitted. Total scam.

Received 3 of 7 items I ordered almost 4 weeks after my order date. The other 4 items have not shipped. Customer service is nice.

As a native to Albuquerque NM and being addicted to Hatch green chile, I must say that I hate to give such a low score 🫣. Please note this is just for the chile and not the site or customer service. The site amd speed are amazing ❤️ No longer living in NM, I have ordered Chile for the past 20 years. I used to have family ship it so I was very excited to find this online store which greatly simplified the process. Orders arrive very fast and still very frozen. I believe I have ordered from this site for 4 years or so and it was not until the last two years that I began to receive chile that basically had no flavor. No rich sweet brown sugar after taste, low body, amd no heat. I don't like the super hot stuff but I am looking for some burn to feel and particularly the rich flavors hatch is know for. Last year I ordered mild because even Hatch mild could often times be too hot for most of our family. It had zero heat and was lacking the typical flavor profile. This year I decided to order mild and medium (still being afraid of the hot because the hot used to kill me when I was younger) and I had the same result this year. No heat and this time very little flavor. I did do some research and have learned that the high temperatures amd drought as of late in NM is becoming a problem and likely the cause of this issue. I REALLY hope that in the end our warming climate doesn't kill such an amazing chile. 😬

The product was too jot to eat. Thry should have put a warning for the product on their website about the heat index of the peppers used 😥 disappointed

Never thought I’d write something negative about Hatch. I ordered chimis, tamales & other stuff. It was for Thanksgiving dinner. Except for one box, the food arrived late & defrosted. Wasn’t even cold.

I can't even rate them. They were nothing what iv ever had before! Maybe a teaspoon of cheese, very tough , never will I buy them again, just awful,I was embarrassed serving them ,for my daughters birthday! So disappointed!

They cannot seem to organize their shipping department. I ordered frozen green chile and it was shipped with no shipping notice from the seller, no tracking notice from the shipper, and no label on the box that it was perishable. Thus, it arrived while I was traveling and although I had made arrangements to have all mail brought inside my home in my absence, there was absolutely no indication that unpacking was needed. So I returned home to a fetid mess. The store acknowledged that they were having trouble with the transition to a new shipper and they offered to resend the order, which was kind. However, at the same time I purchased an additional product (tamales and rellenos) to the second order, which was shipped in a separate box. And the second box with the additional product suffered from the same original problem! No tracking notice, no label that it was perishable , and no indication for the person bringing in the packages that it should be unpacked. I travel a great deal for work, and again this package was left to rot inside my house by the person who brought in my mail- who successfully unpacked and put away the one package with reshipped green chile, because I had been given adequate info to prepare! So, buyer beware- if you can sit in front of your door or delivery location 24 hours a day, seven days a week and pounce the moment something arrives, you may as well take your chances. I need to work in a location that is not in my home, so that is not available to me as an option.. Fool me once shame on them, fool me twice shame on me. I will never order from them again.

I hate to say that this is the worst chili I've ever had it is not roasted there's no flavor of roasting there's no flavor to the chili it's very blind and not even a little bit mild heat and I am very disappointed paying $65 for a 5 small bags also I requested my refund and nobody was returned to my call do not buy from this store it is not good hatch chili. Part 2. I asked for a refund today but was only offered to buy more chili at 40% off. No way! I want my full refund. SEE BELOW THE FLAVOR IS NOT GUARANTEED! DO NOT BUY! DID NOT GET A REFUND!! Hi Julia, I want to acknowledge the fact that we respect your opinion and I'm sorry you weren't happy with the chile. That said, we are confident that our chile is the best that you can find in the Hatch Valley. This is an agricultural product and it varies from crop to crop and batch to batch. There is simply no way we can guarantee how a chile is going to taste. We are not able to refund you but we are happy to offer a discount on a new order. I ordered red and got mostly green with a couple of red and a few that were turning, if I had wanted green I would have ordered green, if I had wanted to take the time to wait for them to ripen I could have grown my own like I did with seeds I saved from the green peppers I ordered last year.
