“I won't go into to much detail, but this company has the greatest customer service ever. In today's world of not caring about customers, dealing with The Hatch Chile Store was a breath of fresh air. They really do give a damn. If you are in the market for a great Hatch Chile, please do yourself a favor and buy from this company. “My family enjoys the quality of New Mexico Hatch Chiles. I make so many family recipes in our home. Sharing family recipes as a way of preserving and passing on cultural heritage. It’s a sense of connection and creating lasting memories. I have created a business around my recipes because I feel that it is important. “Great experience ordering medium heat chopped frozen green chilis. I have to say I will get hot next time though. My wife and I both felt the medium wasn't very hot at all. It may be to some people though. :-)”

“Great products and excellent service. Special thanks to Myrna who helped clear up a UPS mess. UPS held my order for five days in the local town (no reason). By the time they notified me where the order was for pickup all the Chili products were defrosted and spoiled. Myrna made sure another replacement order was sent at no cost. Many thanks”
