“I ate some of the salsa. The best I have ever eaten. Chunky with lots of vegetables. I know I will be ordering again.. I ordered the medium. Made my nose run and tears in my eyes! Perfect!!”

“Your store didn't have extra hot for sale so I ordered the hot and was pleasantly surprised. It was hot and very tasty. I lived in Las Cruces in the 1970's and have been eating Hatch chile ever since then. It is nice to be able to have it shipped anywhere in the US.”

“The red unroasted chile was absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately when I went to order more they were out. The chopped/frozed green chile had a strange plastic taste to it and I am not sure if all the frozen packages that I bought will be like this. The first two that we opened had the strange taste an we had to discard them.”

“The availability, service, and delivery were extremely professional! TOP NOTCH! Reason for me to give you 5 stars! The 10lbs medium green Chile were sweet with a nice slow heat! YUM! The 10lbs of medium red Chiles were UNBEARABLY HOT! We will adjust, and I look for to my 'I DARE YOU?" Enchiladas over the Christmas Holidays. My Mother and my Aunts and Uncle were raised in Roswell, New Mexico! We know our NM Chile. The question the family had? Were these red Chiles meant to be eaten?”

“I placed the order for Tamales, Chile Rellenos and hot chopped Green chile earlier in the week. The order cam earlier than expected which was a delightful thing! The food arrived nicely packed and frozen which is very good. We enjoyed the delicious food and look forward to many more meals. The service is outstanding. Friendly and very courteous personnel. We will continue to do business with them”

“Green chili good, bacon big disappointment, no chili flavor. Over $20.00 a lbs won’t make that mistake again ! We eaten green chili for over 30 years, not sure if I would recommend any of your products other than the roasted chili”
