“I received my box in excellent condition. I could smell the chile right away and couldn’t wait to get the box inside so I could roast them. It was a few days before I could roast them all and they kept very well for the three days I had to store them before I could roast them all. I’m very satisfied.”

“the chili i got this year I had more bad chili than the past two years. The last two years, I only had two bad chilis that were rotten. This year I had 25 bad chilis. But, I do know it was hotter this year in New Mexico and my box was seeping a little from the chili that was bad. Overall, the taste of the chili is great. I will order next year and hopefully next year I won't have many bad chilis. Thank you”

“I was one of the customers that UPS messed up. You sent a second order and it came on time. The quality was outstanding. I shared part of my order with two other families and eveyone was delighted with quality. I think you have at least two new customers in the futhuer.”

“First order was delivered late and was partially spoiled. After sending an email to company they were quick and friendly. Tgey sent 10lbs to replace the spoilage in last shipment. Chile was great 👍!!! Good flavor and very hot. Made chile rellenos. Miss my home state of New Mexico”

“These were sent to my nephew. He loved receiving them. (3 peppers were inedible.) He processed them quickly and put in the freezer. Next year I will double the amount! Yes, from New Mexico and Virginia, we ate 100% satisfied.”

“Besides having fresh, delicious green chile and super fast shipping, The Hatch Chile Store has amazing customer service. I usually order 25 pounds for the freezer. I feel so lucky to be able to have this stuff year-round... and to experience the smell of roasting chile all the way across the country. “Product came in rotting. Separated out 5 pounds of rotten chile. Called and sent email. You responded that I will get 5 more pounds to replace. That was fine. Four days later ( due to work schedule) I went to roast that 20 pounds just to find that another 5 pounds or so had rotted. The chiles that did survive wer wrinkly and limp. Just a bad experience. I even paid for better shipping to reduce this possibility. Thus happened last time I ordered a few years back.”
