“We've ordered a number of times have always been happy, they even sent a replacement one year when the shippers messed up and lost the box for long enough that peppers were not in good shape.”

“We received our order five days late after a shipping issue but were able to salvage a few pounds out of the first box and they were delicious. Can't wait to receive our replacement box and taste them fresh. The customer service so far has been excellent and very understanding and a pleasure to work with.”
