“VERY PRICEY. YOUR NEW PRODUCT BACON IS JAW DROPPING EXPENSIVE. LOVE MY CHILI JUST NOT GETTING RAKED OVER THE COALS ON PRICES. ORDERED RELLENOS. BATTER A POOR REPRESENTATION OF A GOOD RELLENO. THEY ARE NOT RESTAURANT QUALITY AND CHARGED GOURMET OVER THE TOP PRICES.”

“We have purchased from your store twice and we are very satisfied customers! The first time I purchased a box and they were not roasted. Ether way the chili's were great and the delivery time was stupendous. Next purchase were the roasted ones and we were happier! Thank you so much!!!”

“There was a problem with my order and customer service was wonderful to correct it immediately. New order sent out within 2 days and now I’m enjoying my chicken Chile tamales and my red Chile pork tamales. They are so good!!! That’s why I keep coming back to order more!”

“The Hatch Chile Store has everything you could imagine from the Chile fields of New Mexico. I grew up on Hatch Chile and was so pleased to discover I could still get their wonderful food even though I had moved out of the area. When I got my order my chilies and tamales were still frozen. Even though a little expensive Hatch Chile is still well worth it.”

“1st order was delayed in shipping and arrived thawed out and warm. Contacted customer service and a replacement order was shipped quickly and arrived on time. The Rellenos are delicious. I have not used the Green chilies yet. They are safe and cozy in my freezer while I decide what to make with them.”

“I thought I was preordering green chile for the 2023 fall crop. Instead, I received shipping notification early June that my order was being shipped. This was obviously not fresh crop chile. I called you at if this could be adjusted as we were going to be gone and was told there was nothing that could be done. Unfortunately, we were on vacation when our order was delivered and it was left outside in 90° heat for a week. I called again when we returned and was told that someone would get back with me the next day and that's the last I heard from The Hatch Chile Store.”
