“The staff was very polite and the order was easy. The medium peppers shipped when they said they would but I live in Alaska and it took UPS a week to get them here and about 20% of medium peppers were bad. I have never had that issue before. The hot peppers that shipped later arrived fast and were fine.”

“I have ordered Hatch chiles from other sources and have not always had great luck with the chilies arriving in perfect condition. These chilies--from The Hatch Chile Store-- came packed in VERY convenient 1 lb packages and were still solidly frozen. They just arrived yesterday and today I will get to sample the chiles in green chile stew and to sample the rellenos and tamales that I added to my order. I will definitely order from these folks again!”

“I was a little hesitant about ordering 5 pounds of roasted chiles, but they arrived in 5 one pound packages. Perfection! I also decided to try the chile rellenos, and I am so glad I did. My mouth watered just looking at them, and I had to eat three of them for dinner. I cooked them in the air fryer, following the package directions, then put some red enchilada sauce on them. They were undoubtedly the BEST chile rellenos I have ever eaten. If you are thinking about trying them, then I advise you to just do it! I have company coming and plan to put in another order right away. I also went out on a limb and ordered a table-top chile roaster. While it hasn't arrived yet, my friends are so excited about it, since they love my home-grown peppers. I can't wait! Here's another thing. When you do business with The Hatch Chile Store, you are dealing with real people, not AI. I truly appreciate the communication and feedback from them. I think you will too.”

“If you want fresh right from the field green chile, the Hatch Chile Store is the place. I live in Tennessee but use to live In Lordsburg, NM. I get my chile from this store every year. Always fresh, crisp and ready to roast. I won't go anywhere else. I'd you have a taste for good green chile then I recommend Hatch Chile Store!!! And it's roasting day at my house.”

“Had a slight problem with delivery of my order. Only 1/2 of the order was shipped. Contacted Hatch and recieved a response immediately from Pam. Problem was corrected and my Chile arrived in a couple of days safe and sound. The whole thing was handled quickly and professionally. Thank you Pam and Hatch Chile Store.”

“My order of Hatch Chiles was shipped via UPS. UPS delayed the shipment at their facility not more than 15 miles from my residence for four days. Needless to say, when the package arrived there were ten pounds of thawed Hatch Chiles. When reported to the Hatch Chile Store, there was no hesitation in "making it right". In spite of UPS dropping the ball, the Hatch Chile Store replaced the shipment within three days! I am now enjoying my Hatch Chiles and will not hesitate to order in the future!”
