“i AM 80 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN EATING HATCH CHILIES FOR OVER 35 YEARS. I USED TO ORDER CHILIES AND ROAST THEM AND THEN PEEL THEM AND THEN FREEZE THEM. THIS TIME I BOUGHT TO PROCESSED CHILIES IN GLASS JARS AND FIND IT MUCH EASIER TO DO. I PUT THEM IN EGGS,STEWS,BEANS, EGGPLANT AND WHATEVER I CAN THINK OF. THEY ARE GREAT. THANK YOU DR. KIRK HOFFFNER”

“Chiles we’re great tasting but the medium green chiles we’re more mild than medium, I was disappointed with that, would have liked a little more heat, I guess I’ll have to go with the hot next time!”

“We have ordered the roasted Hatch Green Chile several times and each shipment is as great as the last. The orders are filled quickly, they arrive quickly, so the Chile is still frozen. We love that we can get a taste of home, even when you're a thousand miles away.”

“Having lived in New Mexico for 34 years, when I moved to Washington State, I really missed my chile fix. The Hatch Green Chile store keeps my love of chile alive and well. I have purchased fresh and frozen green chile, tamales, chile rellenos, as well as freeze-dried chile and green chile powder. I have even downloaded and used some of the recipes provided in the email updates. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the food or the timeliness of the shipping even though I live on an island in Puget Sound. Thank you Hatch Green Chile Store for providing the chile I need!”

“Always wonderful! I have been making Chile rellanos, tamales, green chile-ckn enchiladas, Colorado pintos and Spanish rice for my Mom who lives in Prescott, where she claims to have not found good Mexican food! Imagine getting all of my chile needs through you and shipping my entrees back to AZ, to my mom in a retirement establishment (who make their food bland and without the graces of onion, chili in pwd-form/fresh chiles and garlic! So many places now present non-spicy foods. I guess that food made by Californians use an inadequate, in my opinion chile base(Anaheim Chili) and Arizona’s own transplants from CA have restaurants that just don’t know what good New Mexican food is! Thank you Hatch Chile growers and distributors! I couldn’t survive without you! Keep up the good work Hatch Chile Store.”

“I was disappointed with the Chile I got this time. I ordered medium heat and it had no heat at all and very little flavor. I’ve ordered for over 20 years and this was the first time I was disappointed.”

“I lived in NM for most of my life and enjoyed Hatch chile. When I moved away I missed chile. I ordered red chile and received my order quickly. Great service and best Chile.”

“Took a while to receive product and then notified by UPS it was in one of their stores. Packages were warm. Product still tasted good. Need to get hot next time. Mild ok but i need a little more spice.”

“I ordered Chile Rellanos! You can’t get them in Houston, not made with Green Chile anyway. I’m in heaven!!!! It’s a good idea to pay for faster shipping as the dry ice was melted when I received. Thankfully the Chile’s were still cold.”
