“Ordered both hot and mild chilis. Made 2 separate batches of green chili. Everyone loved it. Had some mild chili leftover so made your recipe for cornbread with corn and green chilis. Our new “go to” for company”

“I have been buying chile from the Hatch Chile Store for years. The delivery is prompt and the chile is really good The whole chiles are perfect for making rellenos and I use the chopped for stew and enchiladas. Highly recommend their products.”

“I have been ordering green chilies from the Hatch Chilie store for a couple of years. All have been 100% perfect! So I was disappointed when I received red chilies which were less than perfect. I indicated as much with my initial rating. Daniel from Hatch Chilie store saw it and contacted me. He offered to replace the couple of bad chilies with a pound of dried red chilies. Now THAT is customer service! Obviously, they have made me a loyal customer! Please indicate my positive review!”

“The rellenos were a big hit. They heat up nicely and stay crispy in the convection oven. Shipping was fast and they arrived still frozen. Will be buying more.”

“The chili pods I received were just as I expected. They were delicious. I am originally from west Texas but now I live in San Antonio and it has been hard trying find these type of chili’s. I’m glad I was able to order online. Will definitely order these again. Thank you!!!”

“They arrived on time and frozen. The taste of them were delicious, I was a little worried that they might be too hot for me, but they were just right. Sorry I couldn't tell if the tamales were going to be mild, medium or hot. Very satisfied,”

“I am a longtime customer, this year I ordered three chimichanga package for myself and two kids. They are very good, could use a bit more filliing and a bit inconsistant on heat. Some are really spicy and some were medium. Overall very good. Thanks”

“Being born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, I was weaned on Hatch Green Chilis with New Mexico being so close. Hatch Chili's are something you never get tired of eating or trying in new recipes, but I will have to admit ... that getting a fresh batch in Sept. or Oct. and roasting them outside in my chili roaster and then making a big pot of green chili with some fresh homemade tortillas is my favorite, and The Hatch Chile Store is who I turn to for anything that has to do with "Hatch Chilis". The Hatch Chile Store is family-owned and they make ordering their products online or picking up the phone and giving them a call as easy as it gets, their pre-made tamales, chimichangas and chili rellenos are the best! “"These chiles are like gold", is what the recipient of my gift of roasted chiles reported upon receipt. Having lived in Albuquerque/Santa Fe for several years, I agree. After a bit of confusion in ordering online, I called and spoke with a live person and the order went through without a hitch. My only suggestion is to double-check to make sure there is a card enclosed in gift items from the sender so they know who to thank for their "gift of gold."”
