“We ordered 25 pounds of hot chilies. This is one of the best batches we’ve ever had. Every single chili in the box was perfect! And we’ve made several dishes with the chilies and they are a fantastic batch! Thank you so much!”

“I lived in ABQ for years and love your chile products. I live in Germany and although I cannot get fresh chiles sent, I love the salsa and green chili sauces. I just tried the powders and they add amazing flavors. I will keep adding them to my Schnitzels and Bratwursts.”

“The Chile arrived in perfect condition. The pods were not as straight as last year . Tasting a couple in a tortilla, they have a little more heat than last year. That's good for us.”

“I took advantage of being able to order early for this year's crop back in January. I ordered 25 lbs of Big Jim's. They all arrived in great shape. Not one bad one in the whole box. The Chile's were huge and roasted up very nicely. This is my 3rd year of ordering early and I couldn't be more pleased with the product. Thank you, Hatch Chile.”

Once I had an issue with the chiles that were delivered and the company responded well and replaced the order. Very good customer service. I will continue to order in the future!!!
