“50 pounds arrived fresh and smelling wonderful! I roasted them the next day and everyone in my neighborhood here in Southern Alabama wanted to know what I was “cooking” on my grill. I now have a great supply to get me through the year! I’ll be sharing a huge pot of green Chile with all the neighbors at the Christmas chile cook off! Thank you for your great product!”

“Prior to this year - living in Michigan, no one knew what hatch chilis were. Of course, there have been some in grocery stores this year. BUT The Hatch Chile store makes purchasing easy and then I KNOW what I'm getting. I'll buy again for sure.”

“I have been ordering from hatch Green Chile store for several years now and they have done a great job of delivering quality products this year. They deliver the wrong product and without any extra charge to me. They send me the right product and let me keep the wrong product. So with that said, I'm very pleased with their service.”

“I live in Minnesota, but I am a transplant from Colorado. It is very difficult to find hatch chilis in the Northland, but the hatch chili store came through for me. I ordered hatch green chilies, they came fresh and ready to use. I intend to order more next season.”
