“I have been sent a generic email asking me to review my purchase before it has actually arrived. My order was processed on the 22nd and still not received by the 30th. I find it very poor service to not even check if the product has arrive before asking to rate it”

“Light ordered was or extremely good quality and exactly the right colour shade as described just off white without being yellow (more ivory). Packed well. Although it stated that goods should be dispatched within 24 hours did have to ring to see where my goods were. However once I called it was dispatched and arrived within 48 hours from my call.”

“I was looking for lights for my new dinning room ,when I came across THLC the online site was very clear & easy & there was definitely plenty to choose from all at reasonable prices. I purchased 2 complete light fittings and although we haven't had them fitted yet I'm very pleased with the way they look I'm sure they will look amazing once fitted . Deliver was average 4/5 days but that was ok , they was very well packed . Thankyou THLC”

“The table lamp I initially ordered was unavailable, I was contacted by your sales rep. Lucy and within half an hour I received a number of alternatives. Her assistance was excellent. I made my choice, this order was placed and paid for and I received the lamp within a few days. All very professional and efficient, a very well deserved well done to all concerned. I will certainly by using your firm again and recommending you to my friends.”

“Long delay in sending out the item and not kept informed of tracking. But I did get replies thru emails for my queries. I am very pleased with the lamp ordered. Would probably shop there again despite delay.”

“My product arrived very quickly and the packaging was exceptional. There was never going to be anything damaged. I had a slight problem as bulb I had was incomoatible with unit. The team were extremely helpful and very professional in handling my queries. I now have a beautiful, working lamp.”

“I would write a review but I'm still waiting for the goods. Ordered on 3rd of October and only despatched today 10th October after a chase up email. Monies were debited from my account on the 5th of October. Contacted them to see if this is normal lead time and practise and apparently they're very busy. I'm in distribution too - we wouldn't get away with these practises. Hope the goods are worth the wait………...”
