“The website was excellent, easy to view and navigate. Products were fully described, price transparent. From ordering to delivery, everything including your rights to return product, were clearly spelt out and delivered width in stipulated time frame. I will certainly use them again and recommend tofriends and family.”

“I bought a Marie There's chandelier and was very pleased with the quality. It looks stunning and beautifully finished off our newly decorated traditional room. Delivery was super quick too. Wish you did a three armed version as I am looking to purchase one for my dining room!! Would highly recommend.”

“Very informative and extremely efficient. Our original choice was not available, due to replacement bulbs no longer being on the market. We were advised of an excellent alternative and were not charged the slightly higher cost for this unit. We are really happy with the light, which was packed perfectly and delivered very speedily. Many thanks indeed!”

“Excellent service. Second time I've bought from them. The first time there was a problem with the light but this was resolved extremely quickly and efficiently. Prices are very good . I will certainly use them again.”

“Really pleased with the wall light but it did state bulb included but it was not, I did use your question service but had no reply, so had to buy a bulb which was not cheap, that's the reason for only 3 stars.”

“I found a chandelier online which I liked and HLC offered it at the lowest price and I saved over a hundred pounds from some of the other online suppliers. I also needed it at relatively short notice and that was arranged with no trouble at all. The customer service ladies are pretty friendly and helpful and the light was high quality and stand out.. Happy with the all round buying experience.”
