“Ordered a light which we were excited to receive and then after the order was accepted and money taken we were told the item was not in stock. They did refund the money within days.”

“Very good price on the lamp I bought,well packaged with a very prompt delivery service. I would have rated them as excellent had the bulbs been included as advertised. However their customer service was helpful and are correcting their mistake.”

“Ordered one light and payment taken same day. Heard nothing for a week then finally get a despatch notice. Less than an hour later I receive a request for a review - I have yet to receive the product! If the speed of despatch matched the review request - the review might be more favourable.”

“I still have not received my order after calling twice - didn’t arrive last Thursday as promised and didn’t arrive today either. No updates via e-mail. My account that I’ve created doesn’t exist now either despite my confirmation email. Unless this order arrives in next two days I will be cancelling it. Please communicate when this will arrive? Thank you!”
