“Lights arrived and look really great for the price. Surprised to find the bulbs included which was a bonus. One bulb was broken, had a very swift friendly response from the team and a bulb is in its way to me with no quibble.”

“Item inaccurately listed as in stock when it wasn't which led to a delay in despatch. the on receipt I see that the light was IP20 rated not IP44 as desctibed on your site. This made it useless for what I needed it for. All resulted in a 2 week delay to my project. Only saved form very poor from customer service”

“Beautiful chandelier. Unfortunately one sconce was broken on arrival. However, quick friendly and polite service, cannot fault. New sconce arrived in a couple of days. VERY pleased! Thank you. Would definitely recommend this company :)”

“Do the designers of you lights ever try to fit them ? It needs at least two people in most cases because you have to hold the light whilst connecting the wiring and then fit the light to the ceiling. Bad design.”

“The order arrived quickly and well packed. On opening I found a problem with a couple of panes of glass but you arranged to have these replaced and sent to me direct from the manufacturer to speed delivery.”
