“Prices are very good and the website is very good. However we decided to visit the company to see some lights we wanted to buy. To start with the postcode took us to what appeared to be a different company with a different name. On enquiring it was the correct company. The showroom had a limited display and unfortunately not the ones we wanted. We decided to buy anyway but the stock was not there and had to be ordered from the manufacturer . So obviously this means a delay. The website showed that these items were in stock but this not the case. The lady who dealt with us was polite and very helpful. We just hope we do not have to wait too long for delivery.”

“Very quick; dispatched same day and arrived two days later. Seems to be excellant quality and my lamp was a great price. Fitting instructions weren't bespoke to the product so contained irrelevant information for this specific lamp. Some might find this confusing, however, I guess if you were confused then it probably means you aren't qualified to fit it yourself anyway!”

“Pleased with the product and it was genuinely reduced as I've seen same product dearer on another site, only gripe is feedback for delivery, I waited for return email and did not receive anything but on contacting about this issue did receive speedy reply”
