On 14th September 2018 I had my front lawn turfed with their Shade-Pro turf and I was not happy on completion as it looked like two different types of turf had been laid. When I queried it with the delivery guy he said ‘It was the way it was laying on the lorry.’ I had no idea what he meant by that!
I followed their aftercare advice and watered the lawn for an hour each morning and evening and did not walk on it for 5 weeks.
I have tried ringing the company several times since my order has been completed, and paid for, but my calls always go immediately to their answering machine. I have left two messages but received no response.
I have emailed, including photographs, and this has also been ignored.
In November I sent a letter of complaint to the address which was on one of their websites, but this was returned by the Post Office unopened.
Last week I sent another email hoping someone would respond, but I received no reply again, so I decided to send this Review.”
“We finally have a garden to use! After our house has been a building site for 18months the final project was to sort the garden with a new lawn. After being messed about by nearly every contractor we worked with, Emma and the lads who came were a real breath of fresh air, and in minimal time they transformed our garden from a complete mess to an impressive, beautiful lawn. “Th guys rotivated the old lawn , put some top soil down an then laid turf. The turf wasn't joined properly and when we walked on the lawn it was so uneven and bald in places. Looks like a field instead of a lawn.! I was asked to leave it to "settle" but it still looks awful. I have emailed & left messages, also sent photos asking for it to be sorted but now I am getting no response from the company at all. I have asked that they remove the turf if they don't want to sort it.”

“We'd been completely let down by a different 'so-called' professional firm who I should probably name here, but all turned out for the best as we instead found this company who have 'saved the day', by giving us excellent customer service throughout and worked thoroughly during the installation to give us a very impressive lawn. They were very friendly and helpful from the start, getting a quote was simple and very reasonable, and the team who visited arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked hard to replace our tatty old lawn with a fantastic new one. I've never seen such beautiful topsoil and turf before, a very happy customer.”
