I would be interested to know why, when a quote was sent to me which seemed acceptable I sent an email and there was no response, I left a phone message again no response, why bother to advertise if you don’t want the business.
This April your company laid a lawn that is so badly laid that you have to be careful not to twist your ankle or fall because it is so uneven. Why do you ignore serious complaints? I have emailed more than once attaching photos of the result of your work and you do not respond. The gaps between the turfs are still large and unsightly I find it extraordinary that you have reviews which are positive when the standard of work you carried out here is so bad.
Last October your company laid a new lawn for me. I contacted you by email and sent numerous photo's as was concerned about my turf. It wasn't level and had not knitted together. I rang & left messages about this. Could you please let me know why I am being ignored? I sent about 13 photos, have waited to see if it got better but still have bare patches & it's like walking in a field its very uneven. I have looked at your reviews , are you writing them yourselves as my after care customer service has been awful. I just want to know why you are ignoring me.
