“I have ordered a blue engraved zippo and was very disappointed with the colour and quality. The blue (Sapphire Zippo Lighter 20446 ) is nothing like the blue displayed online and the quality of the zippo is not very good as the lid is a little unsteady. Item arrived very quickly, however no one called me upon delivery like I have requested in the notes. I would not use this website again.”

“The sure itself is so easy to use and the products seem very good, I was very pleased that my lighter came a day before it was said to arrive only two days after making the purchase! The only thing I would complain about is the engraving on te lighter in that it, for me, is very small however that could be very easily fixed, perhaps with a sizing option? Overall very very pleased.”
