A couple of times and what i have seen is that they have a great choice of Zippo lighters to choose from, all the latest models plus vintage. When you use them it's a bit like filling this Review in, Step1) look for what you want and order. Step 2) wait for your delivery from Royal Mail whether you have standard 5 days delivery or pay for fast delivery it turns up spot on, there's no sending emails chasing up your lighters and Thats always a good thing in my book.”

“Engraving was incorrectly spelled I have tried ringing the contact number and sent numerous e mails and no answer or reply. This was a present for a friend his birthday was 23rd April and I can't even give him the lighter I got him because his name is incorrect. Absolutely shocking service never ever again !!!!!!!!”
