“The service was great from the beginning - after I placed an order I needed to change the engraved text (when I found out that the text can be in different language than English!) which wasn't a problem for Adrian, who dealt with my enquiry. Adrian also contacted me to ask about the distribution of my text to make sure I was satisfied before the lighter was even made. I placed my order on Friday afternoon and my lighter was ready on Monday with all the changes I made over the email. The only downside is that the text seems rather printed than engraved, but as long as it's durable I have no problem with that. The lighter is beautiful and I am overall very happy with the purchase.”

“I ordered a genuine brass Zippo with an engraving in Italian. The product is perfect, as is teh engraving. I ordered it between Christmas and New Year and received an immediate and accurate order confirmation, an update when it was dispatched and suffice it to say it arrived on time and protectively wrapped. All in all I was delighted and would highly recommend The Lighter Shop!”

“Needed to get my boss a Christmas Present before Friday, Ordered on the Wednesday and got special delivery and came in the post on Friday morning. He was over the moon with his Zippo - Came well packaged so the box was all in order and the lighter looked great. We got a message engraved and the quality was perfect! Up to 60 characters was great considered a local shop I enquirer at wanted 50p a letter. I would highly recommend and will be purchasing myself a zippo shortly!”
