Hello Faye, I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue with your lighter and that you felt that you had to leave a negative review. I would first advise to check which fuel you have used - it should be petrol lighter fluid (not gas). In the majority of cases of the lighter not working, it is because people have either used the wrong fuel, or even not put any fuel in at all!
