Hi Albert, Thanks for your order and for your review. Please check which fuel you have used - it should be petrol lighter fluid (not the butane gas). Available from any newsagents or supermarket, the petrol lighter fluid costs about £2 per can and will fill the lighter many times.. Unfortunately because of Royal Mail postal regulations, it’s probibited to send fuel through the post, so all Zippo lighters are supplied empty of fuel. If the lighter is not sparking, or you have used the correct fuel and it still doesn’t light, please contact us by email and we will be able to help further.. Thanks
