“Have ordered a lighter for myself on 31st Jan money taken straight from account but have emailed and called company only to not receive an answer. I'm getting a bit worried that I will never receive the item I ordered have looked at other reviews and their website and this seems to be out of character for them but they should still get back to their customers if they are having difficulty processing orders”

Hello, I am sorry you've had trouble contacting our customer services - I will make sure this is looked into as soon as possible. I have noticed that you didn't include the Town, or Postcode for the delivery address - which would probably account for the delay. It can take several days longer if there is a missing postcode, as Royal Mail will class it as unsorted mail.
