“Good service , well packaged delivery. Thank you. Mirror looks really good Issues were A some guidance on how to mount a heavy mirror onto a brick wall . We found some useful metal clips on Amazon which helped B no notification from DPD the courier on delivery time and date”

“Really pleased with the IB Laursen products that I ordered for our bathroom. Unfortunately, the mirror was broken during delivery but Jenny dealt with it for me. Really friendly company and I am sure I'll order more from them in the future.”

“Sadly the item I bought was an outdoor milk bottle holder. The screws attaching the handle already showing rust. Disappointing but the goods came quickly and were well packaged.”

“Thank you for your prompt response to my Christmas order. The Rader porcelain houses for tea lights are lovely when all lit up. I hope you will restock with them as I would love to create a village of them. Thank you too for the St Eval candles in mini pots with delightful pictures of a robin, a reindeer and a fox. However, I did not realise that the bases wereso roughly finished and two were chipped at the bottom unfortunately and this did not happen in the course of delivery. It's a shame as they were intended for presents.”

“I love the items for sale on here and the one I picked it’s a great price point also. The only thing I would say is Delivery took quite a long time (2+ weeks and I believe it was by courier, I did email the shop who had great contact and were in touch quickly) much longer than everything else I ordered for my bathroom, I was waiting on this last piece but I am pleased with it.”

“Love my candle holder. Delivery was a bit delayed, and the packaging had comr open (taped up by the delivery company) - so I guess lucky it wasn’t broken”
