“My modelling experience in London Make up school is great! I think that this Academy is very professional and learn intensively the make up profession. Teachers are very well prepared for learn the hardest work to students. They are very well organised and they use the best make up products. Is a lovely experience working for London Make up Academy and I'm really happy to be part of this staff.”

“I enrolled onto the 9 Week Evening IMA Foundation course so I could study around my Full-Time job. The course covered everything from basic skincare routine through to specific make-up styles and the theory behind them. With live demonstrations, time to practice on real life models, the vast range of products at my disposal - from top make-up brands - and one-to-one feedback from the course tutor, I craved to continue learning once my exam was completed. I proceeded to book onto the 5 Day Bridal Make-Up and Hair course to help advance my skill set and provide further knowledge for my new career as a Freelance Make-Up Artist. I can’t thank the school enough for all that they taught me. There are other schools to offer introductory/advance courses but I would definitely say The London School of Makeup should be your first choice. The tutors are so passionate and knowledgeable about the industry, you will not regret a single second of your time there. Thank you LSM for letting me be a part of your ‘family’.”

“I recently completed the 8 Week IMA Photographic and Media Makeup Diploma with The London School of Makeup and would highly recommend this course for anyone looking for something comprehensive that not only improves your current techniques but teaches you so many more. The layout of this course challenges you to improve and expand your range of techniques no matter what your skill levels, while remaining relevant to what you need to know in the working world. Each makeup artist that taught us gave us their personal incite into the industry and this helped in forming our own opinions. It was an amazing two months, I loved this course and am sad to be leaving the school but also excited because I feel confident going into the working industry.”

“I am in my forties and I completed the 2 week basic course in November. As a 'mature student' I wasn't sure what to expect and whether this course would be right for me, but having done the first 2 weeks I was so impressed that I have enrolled for the next step, the 2 week creative course starting in a few days time. Our tutor Charlotte was excellent and made me feel very welcome, as did the rest of the LSM team, and all the other students who were great fun. The quality of the tuition, professionalism, and the studio environment were simply outstanding. I learned so much in just 2 weeks that I wish I had done the course years ago! I would highly recommend this to anyone who either wants a career as a make-up artist or, like me, loves make-up and wants to learn from true experts. LSM really does provide outstanding value for money and I can't wait to go back for the creative course.”

“I have just finished the four week foundation and creative course. I enjoyed every minute of it & Charlotte, our tutor for the first two weeks, was so helpful and I learnt a lot from her. The 3rd & 4th week (creative) were a lot of fun & the different makeup artists we had in, were so informative & again each artist taught us something different. My whole experience was fun & has given me alot of confidence in pushing forward towards my career as a makeup artist. My fellow students were lovely & Mostyn & Morat were always on hand for advice and support as well as Charlotte. I'm missing it hugely. Nina”

“I have completed the 8 week IMA photographic and media make up course and had the most amazing time! The different make up artists who taught us were immensly talented and were amazing teachers. All areas of make up were covered in this course, from day, evening and bridal make up to photographic and fashion make up. to creative make up, air brush techniques, special effects, period make up and hair styling. The course was everything I hoped it would be and more! Thanks to Murat and Mostyn for being so helpful and creating such a great environment to learn in. After finishing the course they even helped me to get jobs such assisting backstage at Xfactor and the BBC music awards! I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to start a carrier as a make up artist. Lisa”

“I did a four week course from The London School of Makeup and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The teachers were very helpful and they the administration went out of their way to accommodate the students so special thanks to Mostyn and Murat. I highly recommend doing a course here and will come back for updating my skills in the future.”

“I did not have any experience prior to the course. The tutors are relaxed yet extremely professional and they taught me so much. My makeup skills have gone beyond where I expected they could go. I would recommend this school for anyone who is interested in makeup art.”

“I have finished 8 week IMA Photographic and Media Makeup course. I have enjoyed it va lot. We have many different makeup artist - teachers and I think it was very useful for us to see a different styles and techniques in makeup. It was great to learn a bit of hair styles and also special effects. The London School of Makeup and this particular course gave me a great fundamentals and I definitely feel more confident to start my journey as a Makeup Artist. Everyone who works in the school is very helpful and friendly. Big Thank You to every single teacher and guys from the office!!!”

“Just finished the two week IMA foundation course at the LSM. These two weeks will stand a very special place in my heart all my life. Learning makeup from one of the most beautiful and skilled teacher Charlotte Isaacs was a great privilege. Can't thank her enough for all the patience and warmth she extended towards each one of us. Many thanks to the entire staff of LSM for guiding me through. “The London School of make-up is a very nice place and a great school. All the people, teachers, makeup artist etc who work in the school are friendly, professional, available and very nice. They listen, try to help you, give quick answer and they are very attentive . It's like a family and when you are new in the city because you've just arrived in England, it's really helpfull to meet people like them, and learn so many things about makeup. I strongly recommended this school”

“The London school of makeup is a really good school to go to if you want to be a professional makeup Artist, They teach you everything you need to know and are very helpful in doing that, You learn everything from the basics to airbrushing to Prosthetics. I highly recommend this course to anyone that wants to be a professional makeup artist.”
