“Make sure you try on your boots in a clean white room with nothing able to touch them. I tried on my boots and needed to exchange them since they rubbed my heel wrong. However they wouldnt let me exchange the brand new boots because I got a little dust on the bottom while trying them on. A huge waste of money since they do not stick by their guarantee!”

“Sizing is not good. I went down half size as suggested, and they are still too big. Didn't want to hassle with a return so I just wear heavy socks. Other than that, the boots are great. Perfect slip on gardening shoes. I keep them outside my back door and wear them every time I go out. They are sturdy enough to use for shoveling or walking on uneven terrain, yet light enough to wear all day. Because of the great ankle coverage, the boots have already saved me from the fire ants on several occasions. Love my Muck Boots!”

“Recently purchased pair of Arctic Sport boots to replace pair of Arctic Pros that failed prematurely. Developed a deep leaking crack along flex seam over top of insole which made boots unusable. This happened after reasonably light use. Tried to contact Muck Boot Co. to see if a repair or replacement might be available. Received no replies. Disappointed in customer service at least.”

“I've worn Muck boots/shoes for the past nine years to do gardening and other outdoor work. They are always comfortable, easy to care for, mud proof and water proof, easy to clean up with a little water from a hose. Great product. I use these shoes all the time and will continue to buy more when this latest pair gets too run down. Very pleased with this product.”

“The boots arrived quickly! Due to heavy rains we have a lot of standing water and the boots work perfectly along with fitting great. Thanks for suggesting to go down a size I wear an 8 tennis shoe and ordered size 7 boot perfect fit.”

“I needed to exchange my first pair and a return label was not in the box. I called and was quickly helped. To my surprise the associate went above and beyond and set up a fedex pick up at my house. I also enjoyed being able to call in the evening.”

“No sizes fit me. Ordered a 10 and was too small. Ordered an 11 and was too big. Paid so much money to ship back and forth because I live in Hawaii. You need to do half sizes!”
