“I was very impressed with The Pest Control Co. as a whole; they came out on the same day that I called them, which was after needing to wait a week for the local council appointment (not ideal when you've seen a rodent in your kitchen!), as well as coming out on the same day a week later when I had need to call them again. Derek was brilliant, he was knowlegeable and very helpful, and gave me some good advice. I am, obviously, hoping not to have to use the company again, but if I did need pest control, they will be the first company that I call!”

“Same day service. Jason was amazingly well informed. Didn't presume anything, really helpful and informative beyond the bait. Honestly after quiet a distressing time he felt like a superhero ! Lovely admin on the phone too and easy to pay by card. 🙏 Thank you”

“The Pest Control Co were the third company who I'd had out to try and sort a rat problem. I am pleased to say that the problem has now been resolved and the staff were very helpful and persistent in getting rid of the rats. I'd definitely recommend their service in Leeds.”

“We had a problem with rats in the loft, apparently a drain problem with a dry line in next doors drain (semi detached) Darron came out and re assured us with his friendly expert knowledge and over the course of a couple of visits not only found the problem but solved it as well.... An excellent service all round, thanks Darron!”

“Second field mice invasion this year, first in January and now in November. First company were ok but the response from The Pest Control Co was infinitely better in all kinds of ways. Helpful people on the phones who arranged a visit the same day. Kevin, the technician who came was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable and much more thorough than the previous one. He explained exactly what he was doing, what he was looking for and asked good questions which led to him inspecting the roof space even though the invasion was in the kitchen. He also uncovered a probable entry point which was not picked up or blocked before. Price was reasonable.”

“We called for a bedbug big problem at one of our bedroom, the company designated Darren to come and help us. He has being amazing and beyond! A truly hero! He did an amazing job, caring about our stuff and leaving the place in perfect conditions! Hopefully we won’t need them again but I cannot recommend them specially Darren enough! Serious people, fairly quotes and had done the job amazingly great!”

“We had a wasp nest. I have a life threatening allergy to stings. So I phoned The pest control Co. Derek was at our house within 2 hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was reasonable and because we are oap's, we had 10% discount (this also applies to NHS workers). I would recommend this service to anyone.”

“Same day discovered woodworm, contacted Pest Control, sent pics and came to survey next day. Treated a few weeks after as was having work done on the house. Jamie was very professional and did a great job. First time buyers, it was a bit stressful, but he was very helpful and we felt assured after. Good guarantee on treatment, just remember VAT on top of quoted price!”

“Excellent service! I phoned this morning and Kevin was with me within 2 hours. I had initially explained that our wasp nest was located in a very tricky location with difficult access. Kevin was absolutely brilliant and was able to use his expertise and experience in accessing the wasp nest. He explained everything very clearly and came up with a plan before starting work. Despite the challenging access he succeeded. I highly recommend The Pest Control Co and will definitely be using them again if needed. Thank you for your exceptional customer care service.”

“I got a very competitive quote (discount for oap! ) and they came to treat wasp nest within 2-3 hrs and Derek ,and rang me 30 mins before arrival and saw another entrance besides the one that had been noted for the wasps…they were treated and said unlikely but if further wasps in next 5 days contact them and they’d return free of charge…but not required! 👌well done great service thank you Derek !”

“Phone answered immediately; helpful and informative. Kevin arrived within 4 hours, explained what he would do, did the job, was also friendly and informative. The following morning there was not a single wasp from any of the 3 nests dealt with. I am happy to say that I cannot think of any way that the service could be improved - brilliant all round!”
