“Great same day service from Alan who was very knowledgeable and had no problem dealing with the wasp nest in just one visit. As he expected one treatment was all that was required, although a second treatment would have been provided at no additional cost had it been necessary. Ruth”

“Discovered wasp nest in the morning and immediately rang The Pest Control Co who gave me a price and advised that Alan would contact me later that morning to arrange a visit. Alan duly rang as promised and advised he would be with us at 12.30 pm. At exactly that time Alan arrived and after I showed him where the wasps were entering the building he explained exactly what he was going to do to get rid ofthe colony. After entering the loft to determine the size of the problem, on his return he confirmed the nest was the size of a small suitcase. He then kitted up and sprayed the nest with chemicals. He then repeated the process on the outside of the house using a long tube entering through the eaves. Alan advised that within 24 hours all the wasps were likely to have gone and sure enough one day later we were back to normal. Thank you Alan for a job well done.”

“Steve Simnett: give this man a raise! He was BRILLIANT, me and 6 girls live in a uni house and he was very respectful, didn’t talk down at us, very chatty, very kind, explained every little detail about the process and what would happen after. The service was really thorough he didn’t let anything go unmissed. Me and Katie highly recommend, you’re a legend Steve!”

“Alex provided a friendly and professional service. Arrived within stated timeframe. Approx 30mins from inspection to removal of wasp nest and departure. No sign of wasps 2 weeks after visit. Highly competitive fee charged.”

“I recently had an issue with rats and contacted Pest Control Co who came out very quickly. The consultant they sent was Derek who has been very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable throughout the process. I am extremely pleased with the whole service and am very grateful to Derek and cannot recommend Derek or this Company enough.”

“I rang at 7:55am and spoke to a really lovely lady who new exactly what she was doing and what to offer me and by 8:30am Jason had arrived to my home. He rang 30 minutes before to let me know he was coming and was very informative. Although I hope to never need to use these again, I highly recommend. Brilliant service from start to finish. “I was impressed with this company. I was worried about seeing mice in the house, and mouse droppings near the children’s toys. I bought some mouse traps that did nothing. I called The Pest Control Co and was told that Derek could come around within a couple of hours. He had a good look around, and we discussed options that were likely to be effective and safe as there are children in the house. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed. I have not seen a mouse since he came came around. Thank you Derek.”

“Had a potential rat issue under the decking that was driving the dogs mad. We called PestControl and Derek arrived to sort the issue. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to pests - I learnt a bit about rats in particular! Would definitely recommend.”
