“As an ex marketing manager of a major market research company I learnt a lot from asking each of my clients of their experiences. 80% of the complaints led to improvements so there is much to be learned. Well, PIp stop gave good service let down by the couriers. I've seen this at another brewery last year and gave them my comments about not using poor delivery services. They now have ceased to exist! So Pip stop, get a better courier.”

“I have always had a good service from pipstop, during covid19 however I have had an issue (failure of the courier not pip stop) whereby one of the parcels for my order was not delivered, I am still waiting currently for this to be despatched...... I’m sure it will in due course and understand how busy it must b with online orders at the moment.....”
