“This is a fantastic company run by enthusiastic, knowledgeable and down to earth people. I always enjoy going into the store for a browse and gaining some great tips and advice on wine choices. The prices are extremely reasonable and I will never buy wine from the supermarket again. I recently placed an order online and the owners were very kind enough to deliver it to my home personally. Please support our local businesses to flourish and for unique independent organisations like this to support our local community to grow.”

“What a brilliant company this is! My order wasn't in stock immediately so they called me to check I wanted it when it was due to arrive and had regular updates till it came just a few days later. Such fantastic customer service and a big thank you for your thoughtfulness and friendly service. Just one thing you may want too look at and that was the packaging, the bottle was a bit wobbly inside ( - cardboard holder securing it was not very secure) may be shredded card round the bottle instead would still be a "green " packaging but more secure against bumps and knocks in the transport of it. Thanks for listening and I'll definitely use your great store again:)”

“My wife and I had come across this wine (Bats Blood) and was surprised how good it was and so decided to order some in for Christmas. The PiP Stop gave the best value here in the UK and since placing the order, we were given regular updates about its progress and were also allowed to choose a day for delivery which helped with our busy schedules. So great product and great service Thanks”

“Yeah good service, I received the wine which I wasn't able to find anywhere else. It would be nice to have an option for more discreet packaging. As I had purchased this a gift and it said wine cellar etc on it and the person who the gift was for answered the door for it. There may have been an option but I didn't notice it. But really great service!”

“Excellent all round, I ordered some Gin and bottles of tonic and very quickly resurrected an email asking if I'd be around on Thursday for free local delivery (Northumberland). I asked if it could be left with a neighbour and they were happy to oblige. Lovely to get a personalised service from a real person rather than an automated email. Will happily deal with The Pip Stop again, and I'll gladly pop in to have a browse next time I'm in their area.”

“Ordered on the Monday and delivered on the Wednesday to the north east of Scotland......very minor issue with the delivery company, not the wine store. Wine safely packed away for my wife's birthday. Excellent service.....even got personal email from them to thank me for my order. Will definitely be ordering again in the very near future, especially as they are the main importer of our wine of choice. Totally recommend .”
