“I was thrilled to find the wine that I wanted at such a good price. Then I had a bit of a moment when Paypal would not process the transaction because they had a concern about it. I carried on and paid using a debit card and followed up with Pip Stop to make sure everything was OK. It was and my wine arrived on the day that they said it would. So all good in the end and I got the wine I wanted quickly and at a good price.”

“Everything that we were looking for easily found and competitively priced. The delivery service was second to none. We shall continue to use you in the future. Only difficulty was subscribing to the News Letter. Haven't seen one as yet having had to ring to have the procedure explained to us.”

“Easy to use the website and order. Only slight problem was I asked for the item to be delivered on a certain day, knowing I would definitely be in, but it came a day early. Fortunately I was still in at the time of delivery. I had given a safe place for it to be left in so it didn't really matter.”

“The web site was very easy to navigate. Ordering quick and easy. I telephoned to company regarding a query - which was handled speedily and professionally. The goods (8 bottles) arrived within 2 days of ordering and were securely packaged and complete. I would use The Pip Stop again and thoroughly recommend it.”

“I have used The Pip Stop 3 times so far and have found the service good.... I stop myself short of very good due to 1 mishap. Now, I know 1 mishap out of 3 doesn't sound great but with a quick phone call (they were very apologetic and sounded sincere, which you would expect but I don't have the words to explain via text how sincere they sounded), they called back within minutes and all was put right. I was assured that it was the first time this mishap had happened and I'll always give benefit of doubt once..... Anyway, I still like this company because of the selection of Red Wines (which changes) and their willingness to allow a mix and match approach (not having to buy a case or half case), I like to try 1 or 2 bottles of anything that catch's my fancy and in my opinion they have a good selection to experiment with. I would recommend them and I will use them again without a doubt.”

“The Pip Stop has an attractive website that makes ordering easy. I placed an order on Saturday 17th December and didn't really think we'd have the beers for Christmas. But they arrived in a very sturdy box within a few days, so perfect timing for Christmas (and New Year).”
