“The item is very well made, lovely finish and very modern. Very happy with it. However, it is incredibly heavy and needs to people to lift it and each item is heavy too. I needed a friend to help lift it and help put together if not au fait with flat pack, although all the bits were there and fitted easily once you knew how. Only issue I had was that I ordered Ivory colour to go with decor of newly decorated room, to me it was beige/mushroom - definately not Ivory which is off white. But absolutely no way I could repack and lift and arrange a return.”

“A1 description and service, dispatched really quickly, would purchase again. Delivery partner could learn more about service. Messaged that the order was out for delivery 07-00 to 21-00 no show. Delivered next morning. On the van overnight?????”

This review on 9th December was the first time we were notified of a problem. We checked the order to confirm it was dispatched on time with tracking information sent via email. The tracking confirmed the collection from ourselves and receipt at the couriers central hub on 24th November but then nothing until 30th November where it was identified as "Departed Depot" within their ROI sort centre. As the parcel was not destined for Ireland it was evident something had gone terribly wrong. We immediately contacted the customer to apologise and shipped a replacement which we are happy to confirm was delivered without problem. Fortunately problems like these are very rare however we cannot stress enough if a delivery is not received by the expected delivery date or if the tracking shows something unusual to contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve.
