We are disappointed to hear our service has not met with your expectations resulting in a 1 star review. Upon checking your order and courier tracking we can see the items were purchased Thursday 26th Aug and dispatched the same day. Unfortunately the couriers tracking shows it was delivered 1 day late on Saturday 28th Aug. We rely on external couriers (we use multiple ones daily) who usually do an amazing job but sadly have failed on this occasion to deliver on time for us. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
