“Ordering was very easy and The Plasma Centre has many placement options. Delivery driver was great and called when he arrived, I was 5 minutes away and he kindly waited for me. Overall a great service and I highly recommend.”

“Speedy service pleasent helpful staff. Had to call them as could not get my debit card details expiry date to accept on line. The system needs a bit of a tweet to be more customer friendly. I paid over the phone eventually. Otherwise product good and would recommend this company.”

“Service was brilliant, I ordered a TV and sound bar stand online and hadn't received email confirmation so phoned them up, the guy I spoke to was lovely - it turned out my fault as I had made a typo in my email address! delivery was quick, packages were good, we had a problem with one screw but found a work-around, TV and Soundbar look gorgeous on new stand, I'm very happy with my purchase, and would use them again.”

We are sorry to hear about your problems with the order. There should have been a number of emails sent to your address detailing the various stages of the dispatch process? Unfortunately this is the first we heard about any issues or we would have tried to speed things up as 98% of our products are next day delivery even during the pandemic.
