We are sorry to hear the product did not have the correct complement of screws and rawl plugs in the box. The majority of products we sell are in sealed retail packaging as such it is not possible to check contents before dispatch. On the rare occasion there is a problem with a product received, our customer services team are available via phone or email to resolve as quickly as possible.

“Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase ,was concerned about delivery but after contacting the Plasma Centre mind mind was put at ease and was able to get my TV stand delivered to Northern Ireland ,item was delivered well packaged and was easy enough to assemble , mow sitting pride of place in my living room”

“Ordered a tv unit from them late in the afternoon on a Friday. It was dispatched shortly after placing the order. Come Monday, order was out for delivery and well received. The item was so well packaged to prevent any damage. Very happy and would definitely buy from them again. Thank you!”
