“The upright pressings that fit on the television are not deep enough if they were deeper the television would be away from the wall and you would be able to alter the pitch of the television and would be easier to fit the tv in the first place Regards Nick Holmes”

Thank you for taking the time to review our product. We are a little confused as to your comments and low score based on the product you purchased. We sell many different styles and sizes of Wall Brackets. The product purchased is a Super Flat TV Wall Bracket specifically designed to hold the TV only 22mm away from the wall. The bracket arms should be fitted to the TV first which then clips onto the wall mounted frame. Finally the arms are secured in place underneath using a long screwdriver. The TV will be held flat to the wall, it is not designed to pivot in any way.

“From ease of ordering to speed of delivery - excellent. I'd ordered direct from Plasma because same item with Amazon was out of stock. The added unexpected bonus in doing that was I could still use my Amazon account for payment. (know need to give Plasma card details).”

“Last minute Order, brilliantly taken on a Thursday morning and executed for a next day Delivery by 12.30pm, from Gateshead to rural Devon, with a first class tracking system and supporting Map - the best we have ever experienced. Your booking system was excellent, clear and user-friendly. Delivery came at 1.15pm, as Drop 51 out of a Day’s Schedule of some 152 drops, starting from Newton Abbot from 7.00am that morning. Having just purchased a Samsung smart 50” TV, for installing at 1.00pm that Friday, timing was Crucial. We had not dealt with or known of your Company until seeing your Website which, very usefully, had a Heading for a Table for a Samsung 50” TV - the very thing we wanted, subject to liking the Design and component, with the Gliding Feet. It was our Lucky Day!”
