“Quick delivery and nice product but I would have preferred it without the chip in the glass that I only noticed when the stand was erected! Surely this should have been checked before dispatch. Bit disappointed.”

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear the product you received was not pristine. It is not possible to open sealed product packaging to check contents prior to dispatch as that may give the impression the products are not new. We were sorry to hear the product was damaged on route. Upon receiving this review we checked the customers order and could not find any record of an email being received. Our customer services manager contacted the customer and happy to say the issue has been resolved.
