“A fantastic service. First time i've ordered off The Priory and it has been a faultless transaction. Quickly despatched, great delivery service, well packaged, quality product and a nice little touch with a stick of Bridlington rock thrown in! 100% recommended and i will be a returning customer. “Why did you put a stick of rock in with my eastpack backpack that I recently purchased? It smashed in transit and I had to scrub loads of sticky rock off of my new bag??”

Hi David, Really sorry this has happened, we put the sticks of rock in as a goodwill gesture, being from a seaside town. So we do apologise it has smashed in transit. We do get many people requesting extra rock. If you could let us know if your item is/isn't ok so we can assist you further if you may need a replacement bag. So sorry for the inconvenience. “I ordered a pair of Clarks Desert Boots in Rust Leather. They arrived within a couple of days nicely packaged. When I tried the boots on I thought they were faulty. This is because in the box and on the website photo they appeared a luscious brown colour but once I tried them on, as my foot pushed against the leather, they lost their colour to be replaced by the rust effect! I left a message with The Priory but they didn't ring back. I decided to try another pair on in a local shop and the same thing happened. So it was the intended effect of the leather after all. Other than not getting a call back the service was fine.”
