“I had to exchange for a smaller size. They covered the postage both ways. All my emails had been responded almost immediately, Lauren was very nice. Overall everything went smooth and fast. Appear to be super professional and cool at the same time. Glad I found them, they treat u there at Priory ^^”

“I made a mistake with my order and ordered the wrong size trainers, when i realised and asked Lauren at the priory to change them to the correct size, she responded to my query very quickly and assured me that it was no problem to change the order before it left. My trainers arrived in the right size, with no delay and this service made me very pleased and satisfied. Many thanks to your team!! Hugh”

“Just an update. The staff at the Priory have gone above and beyond resolving a previous misunderstanding I had with them regarding an order which i did a review here previously .
