“What a load of cheap rubbish. I have pigeons in my garden and the feather resembles something I could have picked up from there, cheap printed booklet, sticks resembling kindling for my fire and a smudge stick broken up. I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. I messaged on instagram but surprise surprise no response. Very unhappy as it’s for a present and no address to return!!!”

“Ordered goods. Didn't arrive within 48 hours, still not got them 5 days on. Asked them to resend as paid for. They won't resend or refund or even compensate. They are ignoring me. Placed order on 14th July, have to wait 15 working days - until 17th August before they decide to do anything. Ridiculous!!! No empathy, terrible customer service. Courtney is nice, some unknown person, no giving name very horrible and cold”
